Meadow Croft launches a brand new loyalty app

We are pleased to announce that we have launched our brand new Loyalty App. The Meadow Croft Loyalty App is there to benefit every loyalty member – whether they are just getting to know us or shopped with for years.

“We are so pleased that we can finally roll out our Loyalty App. We have been working behind the scenes for a while now, alongside Davidson Richards and Garden Connect, to bring something that will add a personal touch to the customer experience” said Meadow Croft Garden Centre’s Marketing Coordinator. “We strive to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. Following a successful soft launch that has resonated so well with our staff members, we are excited about this next evolution of loyalty at Meadow Croft.”

Customers who join our Loyalty App can start earning rewards immediately. Here’s an overview on how it works:

- Scan the app each time you shop to earn rewards – Customers earn 1% in points on every purchase.

- Vouchers and offers sent direct to your phone - Points will then be converted and issued as vouchers to spend at the Garden Centre.

- Unlock deals for just loyalty app customers – Get rewarded with personalised offers.

- A treat on your birthday* - Sign up and provide your birth date and we’ll send you a little surprise during your birthday month.

- VIP invites to special events and openings – Be the first to know about event launches.

And that’s not all – all customers that sign up to the Loyalty App, will receive a one off 10% discount voucher within 28 days as a welcome gift!
