Finance Manager
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Finance Manager to oversee the finacial function of the business. This role will suit a highly skilled and proactive Finance Lead who will oversee all Company financial operations and drive business performance.
The desired candidate will be the driving force behind the Company financial strategy, working closley with various departments to ensure financial objectives are integrated into Comapny initatives as well as managing comprehensive budgets that align with company goals and strategic direction.
Main Role & Responsibilities:
- Leading the financial forecasting process, collaborating with senior management to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
- Overall responsibility for the Finance Team.
- Overseeing supplier invoice processes and managing supplier payment processes.
- Managing financial reporting systems to ensure compliance with all legislative obligations.
- Financial reporting.
- Management of payroll processes ensuring legislative compliance.
Person Specification/Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a finance lead role with a proven track record of budget management and finacial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Proficient in financial software.
